IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement for voco Vrindavan, a 130-key hotel in Uttar Pradesh, with Vrindam Developers Private Limited. Travel Trends Today (T3) reported the signing on 7 October 2026, with opening targeted for Q1 2031.
The signing marks Vrindam’s entry into hospitality.

The hotel will have 130 guestrooms, including 13 suites, within a larger mixed-use development that also includes serviced apartments. There will be three dining venues: an all-day dining restaurant, a restaurant and a lobby lounge. It will have over 2,340 sq m of meeting and event space across six venues, including a 1,400 sq m ballroom, plus a swimming pool and fitness centre.

Vrindavan and neighbouring Mathura drew over 90 million visitors in 2024, up from 79 million in 2023, and arrivals are expected to reach 110 to 140 million annually over the next decade, per the report. IHG also plans a Holiday Inn Express in Mathura.
