It sits within Brigade’s 25-acre Global Park, described as an integrated advanced engineering and business ecosystem. The contracting entity is Brigade Estates and Projects Private Limited.
The second, Hyatt Regency Bengaluru on Whitefield-Kadugodi Road, will have about 250 guestrooms and suites, a ballroom of more than 10,000 square feet, a large pre-function area and additional meeting rooms. It is part of Brigade’s upcoming integrated township. The contracting entity is Ananthay Properties Private Limited.
What Will Guests Get?
Both hotels are planned with an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a grab-and-go outlet, a rooftop bar, a pool bar, fitness facilities and flexible event spaces.

Vikas Chawla, President, India and Southwest Asia at Hyatt, called Bengaluru a strategic market for the brand’s growth in India, saying the signings reflect Hyatt’s commitment to expanding in high-growth destinations. Nirupa Shankar, Joint Managing Director of Brigade Group, said hospitality has always been an integral part of the group’s landmark projects. Hyatt reported more than 1,500 hotels and all-inclusive properties in 83 countries as of 30 June 2026.
