Atomberg IPO: the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has cleared the consumer appliance maker’s initial public offering, issuing its observation letter on 30 October 2026, Inc42 reported. The issue will include fresh shares worth up to ₹450 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 7.65 crore equity shares.
SEBI’s observation letter is the formal clearance a company needs before it can launch its public offering. It came a couple of months after Atomberg filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP). Existing investors A91 Partners, Temasek Holdings and Inflexor Ventures, among others, plan to sell part of their stakes through the OFS.

- The remainder for general corporate purposes
